Parent Manual
All parents are required to read and sign the Parent Manual and return the Parent Agreement Form with their child's registration. The Parent Manual and the Parent Agreement Form are available for download below. Please call or e-mail us with any questions or comments you may have. (please download and fill out)

CHSAP RATES
5 days per week: $395.00* per month
CHSAP Payment Policies
Parents are responsible for a full semester's tuition in any semester their child attends CHSAP for any number of days.
Families will be billed for the month in advance on the 1st of each month.
Payment is due on the 15th of the month.
If payment is not received in full by the end of the month, you will be assessed a late fee.
If payment is not received in full by the end of the following month (30 days past due), your child/children will not be allowed to attend CHSAP until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Families will not be permitted to register for the next school year unless all bills are paid in full by June 30.
Changes to any child's regular afterschool schedule must be made between the 1st and 15th of the month for implementation the following month. Exceptions may be made at the director's discretion.
