To register your child, please read the following instructions carefully. To ensure fairness, only complete registration forms, which adhere to the following, will be accepted by CHSAP.
Reregistration – Complete.
This wave is for the following participants, with preference given to them in the order that they are listed:
All children who are enrolled in CHSAP for the 2022-2023 school year
All siblings of currently enrolled CHSAP kids
Wave #1– Complete
This wave is for incoming kindergartners at CHES (and their siblings), and parents/guardians who are ICSD employees (up to 10 spots, after, you’ll be entered in the waitlist lottery)
Wave #2 – Complete
Rather than first come first serve basis for this wave we will have a lottery system. All the names in this wave will be put in a hat and CHSAP directors will draw the names from the hat for those spots. You will be notified via email as soon as possible if you have received one of these spots. This wave is for the following participants:
1. All children enrolled or who will attend CHES during the 2022-2023 school year.
CHSAP is only accepting registration forms during the dates and times of the three waves outlined above.
Registration forms will only be accepted via email. We have set up a special email address for the registration period: email@example.com. Registration forms turned in any other way or to any other email will not be accepted.
When turning in your form, please send the form attached to a new e-mail with the following subject line: REGISTRATION 2021-2022 [YOUR CHILD’S NAME].This ensures that your child’s registration form will be properly received and time-stamped.
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as possible confirming the date and time of your registration’s acceptance. Please remember that only completed forms will be accepted.
There is a $35 registration fee for each child signing up for CHSAP. This fee is due the same week of the registration wave in which you submitted your child’s form. If this fee is not paid by the end of the registration week that applies, the spot registered for will be forfeited. Payment can be made by Venmo (our user name is @Cayuga-Heights, last four digits for phone number verification 9949) or by mailing a check to:

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid by check or Venmo. You may write one check for multiple children. Checks will only be cashed if your child gets into the program, Venmo payments will be refunded.
If you are sending your registration fee via U.S. mail, it must be postmarked within the same week of your child’s registration wave.
If your child is waitlisted, the $35 registration fee must be paid when your child is accepted into the CHSAP program.

Below you will find the CHSAP Parent Manual and the Registration Forms (the registration form now also includes the Parent Agreement Form.) The registration form is available in both a fillable word document and a PDF. If you prefer to use the word document, download it, fill it out (just click your cursor on the spots to be filled out) and save it as your child's name. If you need assistance filling out your registration forms, please let us know. Our Parent Manual is as updated as possible, we are still waiting for confirmation on full day guidance. One we know how we can proceed with full days, we'll let you know immediately, with a list of days we'll be open.
CHSAP is open Monday-Friday from the hours of 2:00pm-5:30, based out of the cafeteria at Cayuga Heights Elementary School. We follow the ICSD calendar, so the first day of school will be the first day CHSAP is open. On days when school is closed, and CHSAP is able to operate full days, program runs from 8:00am-5:30pm. We are still under certain mandates in regards to COVID-19, including mask usage indoors and smaller group size. A more detailed email about everything you need to know about CHSAP will come out closer to the first day of school.
